Someone also told me about Keybreeze, and I'm comparing the two at the moment. So far, Keybreeze appears to be lighter in weight and surprisingly has more features than Launchy. I also like how they use the semicolon hotkey instead of Alt + Space. The macro editor in Keybreeze lets you write a script of mouse clicks and keystrokes, and you can play it back later by typing a keyword. Pretty cool stuff.
